We use reliable shipping methods, and our packaging is designed to ensure that your items arrive in excellent condition. Return & Exchange Policy

At Coodies Kreations, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. To provide clarity and transparency regarding returns and exchanges, please review our policy below:

1. All Sales Are Final for Custom Items:

All custom-made items, including personalized favors and specially crafted products, are considered final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless there was an error made on our part during the customization process.

2. Returns Due to Our Error:

In the event that we made an error during the customization of your order, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We will promptly assess the situation and, if the error is confirmed to be on our part, we will make every effort to rectify it at no additional cost to you. This may involve either replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Reporting Damaged Items:

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your item is damaged upon delivery, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. To report damage, please provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging, along with a description of the damage to support@coodieskreations.com. We will review the evidence and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Custom Items:

For non-custom items, such as generic party supplies and decorations, we accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of purchase. Items must be in unused and unopened condition, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned items and inspect them for any damage or signs of use.

5. Return Process:

To initiate a return or report an error or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at support@coodieskreations.com o (862) 367-9072]. They will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions for returning the item(s).

6. Refund Process:

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items and confirming their condition. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
